First of all, you are paying way too much to advertise your business. Instead of hunting for people to buy your product, or stop by your business, why not have them hunting for you. With a social media presence, you can retain customer loyalty as well as establish a new customer base and gain massive exposure in the process. It’s the 21st century and more people use the internet to search for something rather than use the Yellow Pages. I just got my Yellow Pages the other day and I recycled it. I haven’t used that 10lbs book in years!

I’m Tom Guard and I started my own independent consulting business because I have been using social media to promote websites, businesses and products for years. Then after attending a conference on E-marketing, I learned that there were many small business owners who wanted to know more about the power of social media and what it could do for them. I also found that many of these owners didn’t want to spend the time to figure out how to set up a blog or Twitter account.
That’s where I come into the picture.

What I do is simple and time-saving. I can instruct you or your business on how to set up and use social media sites to expand and publicize your brand or business. If you don’t want to set up the sites, that’s no problem. I can set them up for you then instruct you or one of your staff how to update these sites.
I can even use something called RSS feeds to put some of your social media sites on auto-pilot.
So what is this blog about?

I keep things simple and less technical. I’m not a super tech-savvy guy; I’m just a person with an extraordinary gift when it comes to using social media to market a product or business.
